Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of high net worth / high-income clients (relationship ownership + advisory delivery)
Lead strategy calls, communicate plans clearly, and guide clients through implementation
Coordinate with US CSMs and offshore team members to execute accurately and on time
Maintain strong pipeline of client deliverables (planning milestones, follow-ups, documentation)
Drive client satisfaction/retention through proactive communication and high standards
Qualification
Required
5+ years tax experience with strong technical competence
Confident, polished, and highly professional in client-facing conversations
Extremely detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable (thrives in a high-standard culture)
Comfortable working fully remote with excellent Zoom presence and communication habits
Preferred
EA and/or CPA preferred
