The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of digester cleanout projects, ensuring operations are conducted safely and efficiently while maintaining communication with field crews and management.

Responsibilities
Project manage all digester cleanout operations from mobilization through job completion
Remain on-site at the digester location every day while work is being performed until the project is complete
Oversee and track all daily operations occurring within the project, including equipment, crews, and workflow
Monitor job progress to ensure timelines, scope, and operational objectives are met
Maintain clear communication with field crews, supervisors, and management
Assist the Operations Superintendent with creating project quotes, purchase orders (POs), and related documentation
Track job-related information, issues, and changes and report updates to management
Support Mac McClung with additional operational or administrative tasks as needed
Ensure work is performed in a safe, organized, and professional manner
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated on-the-job experience and/or at least three (3) years of on-the-job experience in agriculture, manure, or dairy farming
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage field operations and remain on-site for extended project durations
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to multitask and support both field and administrative needs
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Willingness to work flexible hours based on project demand
Must be able to pass a drug test, pre-employment physical, and have a valid driver's license
Preferred
Degree in Agriculture, Project Management, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required). Experience may be used in lieu of a degree
