IT Help Desk Technician
General RV Center is the Nation’s Largest Family-Owned RV Dealer, with a commitment to family values and a passion for the RV lifestyle. They are seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to serve as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting IT-related problems, manage tickets, provide support, and assist with hardware and software issues.

Responsibilities
Serves as an initial point of contact for troubleshooting IT related problems including hardware, software, network, and printer issues
Manage and update tickets
Escalate issues/tickets to upper level Help Desk
Provide support in person, over the phone, and using remote control helpdesk software
Install, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot PC's
Other duties assigned by management
Qualification
Required
2-4 years' of help desk experience
Windows 10
Microsoft Office 2010 + (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Strong Hardware Skills (PC, Notebook, mobile devices)
Windows Network troubleshooting
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Customer service oriented
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and crawl under desks if necessary
Must have reliable transportation
Some seasonal local and over night travel may be required
Preferred
iOS and Android knowledge
A+ and or Network+ Certification
