Responsibilities
Join our community bank internship program and discover banking beyond the numbers
You'll gain hands-on experience while working alongside professionals who know their customers by name, not account number
You'll work on real projects, learn the fundamentals of commercial and retail banking, and see firsthand how community banks fuel local businesses and strengthen neighborhoods
You'll leave with practical skills, meaningful mentorship, and a network that extends beyond your internship
The Savannah Region Intern would be exposed to all areas of the Savannah Region Market, including retail branches, BankSouth@Work, commercial and consumer lending and business development / treasury management
They will be immersed in each of these areas for at least 2 weeks each over the course of the summer, completing projects specific to each area
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Currently pursuing your bachelor's degree in business administration or finance or similar / related fields
Preferred
Military veterans encouraged to apply
