Responsibilities
Perform Windows 11 upgrades on existing desktop and laptop computers
Deploy, image, configure, and replace with new Windows 11 devices
Migrate user data, settings, and peripherals as required
Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, and basic application issues
Provide deskside and walk-up support during deployments
Follow documented deployment, imaging, and security procedures
Maintain accurate records of device installations, upgrades, and asset changes
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in desktop or field IT support
Hands-on experience with Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrades
Hands-on experience with new PC imaging and deployment
Hands-on experience with user profile and data migration
Familiarity with Active Directory user and device support
Familiarity with basic networking and peripheral troubleshooting
Familiarity with endpoint management or imaging tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, or similar)
Strong customer service and communication skills
