Responsibilities
Define user experiences tied to AI software experiences that span IDG ecosystem of devices and service from Discovery, Concept and POR stages including critical user journeys, UX architecture, user flow and layout specifications
Drive excellence on the few key parts of the experience that maximize user impact including onboarding and education
Understand the behaviors, motivations, needs, and aspirations of our customers to create a differentiated advantage in our ability to build relevant and impactful experiences for global users across consumer, SMB and large-scale commercial segments
Co-work within a product pod (SW Dev, PDM, PGM, UI, UX) on iterative sprint cycles to create, develop, ship and improve AI products
Evaluate and implement action plans based on ongoing market and user research around usability and discovery improvements
Create visual user stories around key experiences to compliment prototypes enhancing communication across the AI team and with key partners including segments, geos, marketing and PR
Qualification
Required
8+ years User Research and Design experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Behavioral Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, User Experience Design, or related field
Preferred
8+ years of experience with interaction design for both product and user experiences for Mobile, Web and Android products
Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling skills
Experience building concept and design stories
User Research skills across qualitative and quantitative methods
A strong portfolio that showcases experience bringing an AI product to market from inception to launch
Experience with designing for IOT / wearable devices or emerging hardware
