Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Oracle Insurance Policy Administration (OIPA) solutions by translating complex business requirements into detailed technical designs and high‑quality code
Create low‑level design documents, engineering specifications, and reusable code components aligned with architectural standards and best practices
Perform unit testing, support QA processes, and troubleshoot defects to ensure reliable and high‑performance system delivery
Participate in code reviews, enforce development standards, and guide vendor and junior developers throughout the software lifecycle
Collaborate with business analysts, project teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business goals and integrate effectively with related applications
Enhance system reliability and performance by diagnosing production issues, executing root‑cause analysis, and implementing improvement strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
5–7+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Insurance Policy Administration (OIPA), SQL, and XML
Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain OIPA solutions aligned with business and architectural standards
Experience working with cloud technologies (AWS preferred) and CI/CD pipelines to support modern application development
