Wearlinq is reimagining ambulatory cardiac monitoring with innovative EKG technology. They are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory / Shipping Specialist to manage the return of medical equipment, support compliance during clinical studies, and ensure effective communication across departments.

Responsibilities

Contact patients to facilitate the return of medical devices and equipment
Issue billing notices and send non-compliance inquiries to clinics or study sites
Track and manage patient compliance at different stages of clinical studies
Review and maintain patient files, noting device return status and relevant updates
Monitor and log incoming equipment returns, updating internal systems accordingly
Collaborate with clinical and logistics teams to resolve inventory and compliance issues

Required

2+ years in team oriented role
Strong customer service capabilities
Attention to detail

Bi-lingual English/Spanish skills a plus
US and International shipping experience helpful
