Responsibilities

Assist with data entry, database management, and reporting in Salesforce
Apply analytical and creative thinking to improve processes and procedures
Coordinate communications between team members and stakeholders
Participate in regular team meetings and report on project updates
Maintain project documentation to ensure information is accurately tracked and shared with the team
Respond to staff and volunteer inquiries and provide excellent customer service support

Required

Current undergraduate junior/senior or graduate student in a degree-seeking program (or recent graduate enrolled in continuing education)
Interest in technology, nonprofit/business management, or volunteer engagement
Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Salesforce or similar tools is a plus
Regular and reliable job attendance
Exhibit respect and understanding of others to maintain professional relationships
Independent judgement in evaluation options to make sound decisions
Home office environment with the ability to work effectively surrounded by moderate home environment noise

Preferred

Experience or coursework in information systems technology, computer science, business administration, or related fields
