Responsibilities
Welcoming visitors and direct them to the relevant office personnel
Coordinating activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents
Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, submitting payroll, and budget tracking
Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations
Supporting bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company
Creating and update databases and records for financial information, personnel, and other data
Handling confidential information
Maintaining ERP accuracy through proper data entry and review
Tracking and purchasing office supplies to avoid disruptions in the workplace
Qualification
Required
Computer literate
Microsoft Office literate
Preferred
ERP experience, JobBoss2 preferred
QuickBooks experience preferred
Manufacturing background preferred
