Responsibilities
The Candidate shall analyze and study complex system requirements
The Candidate shall apply business process improvement practices to re-engineer methodologies and principles and business process modernization projects
The Candidate shall assist in establishing standards for information systems procedures
The Candidate shall collaborate with team members, customers, service providers and developers to identify requirements
The Candidate shall design, develop, and maintain various network environments, including the cloud environment
The Candidate shall develop block diagrams and logic flow charts
The Candidate shall translate detailed design into computer software
The Candidate shall expand or modify systems to serve new purposes or improve workflow – using containers, cloud development, enterprise PKI solutions, Linux, or Windows
The Candidate shall prepare required documentation, to include both program-level and user-level documentation
The Candidate shall review program problems including providing advanced troubleshooting techniques to quickly identify and assess issues
The Candidate shall lead deployment of system engineering techniques, methodologies and processing to architect, design, test and secure environments adhering to DISA (Defense Information Systems Agency), SRG and STIG (Security Technical Implementation Guides) compliance
The Candidate shall conduct Research and Development for emerging technologies for evaluation
The Candidate shall redesign the existing SharePoint application to add new features, optimize, scale or improve stability and performance
The Candidate shall provide O&M and content management support for Customer's SharePoint sites
The Candidate shall create new Customer SharePoint sites
Qualification
Required
Position Requires a Top Secret (TS/SCI) Clearance with a Polygraph
Developmental (0-2 years' experience)
Full Performance (3-5 years' experience)
Senior (6-10 years' experience)
Expert (11-15 years' experience)
SME (16+ years' experience)
Demonstrated experience in engineering multiple operating systems such as Windows, Linux, or similar
Demonstrated experience leveraging automation tools and deploying scripts – Infrastructure as Code
Demonstrated experience providing detailed documentation and diagrams to support engineering efforts
Demonstrated experience providing architecture, design, test and secure environments adhering to DISA (Defense Information Systems Agency), SRG (Security Reference Guides) and STIG (Security Technical Implementation Guides) compliance in a disconnected environment
Demonstrated experience utilizing DevOps methodologies and tools
Experience Analyzing And Studying Complex System Requirements
Experience applying business process improvement practices to re-engineer methodologies and principles and business process modernization projects
Experience assisting in establishing standards for information systems procedures
Experience collaborating with team members, customers, service providers and developers to identify requirements
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining various network environments, including the cloud environment
