System Support Analyst
CalPERS, the nation’s largest public pension fund, is seeking a System Support Analyst to assist public, school, and state employers in administering their employees’ retirement benefits. The role involves serving as a technical liaison, conducting complex technical research, and analyzing system risks and impacts related to myCalPERS functionality.

Responsibilities
Serve as a technical liaison and subject matter expert between EAMD program areas, other CalPERS divisions, and external stakeholders as it relates to myCalPERS functionality
Independently research, analyze, document findings, identifies potential workarounds, and effectively and efficiently communicates with CalPERS team members, team leaders and/or external stakeholders on system design issues or enhancements
Perform the more complex technical research in determining and validating proposed business requirements for myCalPERS enhancements, defect solutions, and the implementation of new program initiatives
Collect, compile, analyze, and summarize data sets determining system risks and impacts
Qualification
Required
All experience and education relating to the Minimum Qualifications (MQs) listed on the Classification Specification should be included in your application package to clearly demonstrate how you meet the MQs for this position

If you have a degree from outside of the United States, you must submit an evaluation of this degree to determine the US equivalency
