Responsible to lead a safe plant culture
Responsible for product quality control for the plant
Responsible for plant production goals
Responsible to manage specific cost controls for plant
Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policy and guidelines
Work with department managers to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, quality and shipping
Select and train plant supervisory and administrative staff
Foster a well-trained and motivated staff through excellent leadership and communication skills
Conduct employee performance reviews
Schedule and conduct plant meetings
Ensure maintenance of clean and safe plant
Communicate with all levels of personnel through strong interpersonal skills
Attend corporate trainings and meetings
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job
Communicate daily operations to plant director
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from all levels of the organization (executives, managers, employees and customers)
Qualification
Required
6 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
6 Years – Experience in Position
4 Years – Experience managing people/projects
Strong planning and organization skills, ability to multi task
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees, or customers
High sense of urgency
Ability to work well under pressure in fast paced environment
Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
Interviewing, hiring, and training
Planning, assigning and directing work
Appraising performance
Rewarding and disciplining employees
Addressing complaints and resolving problems
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or other related field
Preferred

Master's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or other related field
