Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications
Architect and implement secure and scalable services and user interfaces
Own EDI (X12) integrations and error handling processes
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with HIPAA and PHI/PII standards
Drive quality through testing, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and SDLC best practices
Coordinate onshore and offshore execution with clear documentation and delivery alignment
Document technical designs, workflows, and operational runbooks
Participate in technical governance, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required

10+ years of overall software engineering experience
5+ years of full-stack development using .NET and React
Strong experience with SQL Server database design and performance tuning
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and integration patterns
Strong EDI (X12/HIPAA) experience
Deep understanding of the healthcare provider domain
Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Full-stack application development using .NET, React, SQL, and APIs
Designing and implementing secure, scalable backend services and front-end solutions
EDI (X12) integrations including parsing, validation, mapping, acknowledgments, and reconciliation
Working with healthcare provider data and workflows
Cloud, containerization, and DevOps practices
Coordinating work across distributed teams
Lead design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications
Architect and implement secure and scalable services and user interfaces
Own EDI (X12) integrations and error handling processes
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with HIPAA and PHI/PII standards

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Preferred

Experience with healthcare provider ecosystems
Familiarity with provider data feeds and provider directory APIs
Exposure to EDI translators and claim or payment processing flows
Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code and observability tools
Understanding of healthcare data governance and compliance frameworks
