Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple AI-enabled programs and initiatives from planning through delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and outcomes are met
Drive program execution across product, engineering, data, and operations teams in a hybrid Agile environment
Establish and refine program and project management practices (Agile, hybrid, or fit-for-purpose frameworks)
Coordinate closely with leadership, technical teams, and external partners to align priorities and execution
Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables; proactively resolve issues
Prepare clear, concise status updates and reports for internal leadership and external stakeholders
Support contract execution activities, including task order coordination, subcontractor alignment, and delivery tracking
Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, tooling, and internal workflows
Contribute to new initiatives, pilots, or capability expansions related to AI platforms and automation
Mentor and support junior team members and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Public Policy, or a related field
6–10 years of experience in program or project management roles, preferably in technology-driven environments
Experience supporting or managing programs involving U.S. federal agencies or regulated environments
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-workstream initiatives
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfort working across product, engineering, and business teams
Familiarity with common project and program management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar)
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
U.S. citizenship or permanent residency preferred
Preferred
Experience working with AI platforms, automation tools, or data-driven systems
Exposure to federal contracting environments (task orders, subcontractors, delivery milestones)
Background in innovation programs, internal transformation, or emerging technology initiatives
Experience supporting business development, pilots, or early-stage implementations
