As a Security Guard - Part-Time Area Patrol Driver, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, deter security-related incidents, and provide customer service to visitors and site personnel.

Responsibilities
Provide customer service to visitors, contractors, and employees by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as directed
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, tank farms, warehouses, offices, and perimeter fencing to help to identify unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations
Control access at gates and entry points by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, directing traffic flow, and logging arrivals and departures per site requirements
Monitor alarms, cameras, radios, and other site systems as assigned, and communicate observations and/or incidents to the appropriate contacts
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, provide clear reports and documentation, and assist with scene control until additional resources arrive
Qualification
Required
Security Experience ‐ 2+ Years
Be at least 21+ Years of Age
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
