Responsibilities
Design, configure, and customize UKG Workforce Dimensions solutions to meet business and operational requirements
Provide backend support and enhancements across UKG Workforce Dimensions modules, including:
Workforce Dimensions
Workforce Dimensions Timekeeping
Workforce Dimensions Accruals
Workforce Dimensions Absence
Workforce Dimensions Analytics
Develop, support, and maintain integrations using the Dell Boomi Workforce Dimensions Integration Platform
Support and troubleshoot integrations between UKG Workforce Dimensions and external systems, including SAP and SuccessFactors
Configure and support the Workforce Dimensions Outlook Plugin as needed
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver enhancements
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure reliability and data accuracy
Document configurations, integrations, and technical processes following best practices
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding of UKG Workforce Dimensions with strong functional knowledge across core modules
Proven experience configuring and customizing UKG Workforce Dimensions to support complex business needs
Hands-on experience with Dell Boomi for UKG Workforce Dimensions integrations
Strong knowledge of how UKG Workforce Dimensions integrates with third-party and enterprise applications
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a backend-focused role
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
Preferred
Integration experience with SAP and/or SuccessFactors (preferred)
Experience working with SAP, S/4HANA HCM, or SuccessFactors modules is desirable
