Responsibilities

Responds to requests from consumers and customers by phone, e-mail, or chat
Collaborates with the sales team on business strategies and relationships to increase revenue, while providing an award-winning customer experience

Required

Strong technical communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain concepts and collaborate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Advanced computer proficiency, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adopt new software platforms, CRM tools, data systems, or automation technologies
Experience troubleshooting basic technical issues and navigating systems, dashboards, or digital workflows
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment, managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
Self‑starter with strong analytical thinking skills, able to investigate problems, interpret data, and follow established processes to completion with minimal supervision
Excellent time management, organization, and multi‑tasking skills, with a proactive approach to solving operational or system‑related challenges
Ability to work onsite (8:30am–5:00pm) and collaborate closely with technical and operational teams

Preferred

4‑year degree in a technical, business, or related field preferred, but not required
