Technical Support - Level 1
Future Tech Enterprise, Inc. is looking to hire a Level 1 Technician to provide deskside IT support to their customers. The role involves addressing support tickets, providing technical support for Windows and Chromebook devices, and collaborating with other IT staff to maintain documentation.

Responsibilities
Address support tickets in the ticketing system
Provide technical support to school staff and students
Support and troubleshoot Windows desktops and laptops
Troubleshoot, optimize, and reimage Chromebooks
Install and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and projectors
Work collaboratively with other technicians and IT staff to maintain documentation
Prioritize daily activities based on ticket urgency and administrative requests
Assist with additional IT-related tasks and projects as needed
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of technical support experience (deskside preferred)
2+ years of customer service experience
Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Chrome OS
Experience using a ticketing system to manage support issues
Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle (local travel required)
Preferred
CompTIA A+ certification preferred
Experience working in an education environment is a plus
