Responsibilities

Manage a high-volume pipeline of residential mortgage loans from application through closing
Review and verify income, asset, credit, and supporting documentation
Serve as the primary liaison between Loan Officers, Underwriters, borrowers, and real estate agents
Proactively clear underwriting conditions to achieve clear-to-close status
Run and interpret Automated Underwriting Systems (DU / LPA)
Order and review third-party documentation including appraisals, title, flood, and VOEs
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company guidelines, including TRID
Provide consistent and professional status updates to all stakeholders

Required

5+ years of hands-on mortgage loan processing experience

Proficiency with Desktop Underwriter (DU) and Loan Product Advisor (LPA)
Experience with Encompass or similar LOS required
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines
