Responsibilities
Maintain optimization code in the GAMS language
Keep documentation and configuration control up to date
Work with NPTU personnel and other NTS units to ensure models accurately reflect real-world conditions
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvements and modernize the TCM product
Lead efforts to use data analytics to provide insights that improve Training Program management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
Preferred
Experience executing the Training Program in a supervisory role such as Nuclear Plant Engineer (NPE) or Crew Training Engineer (CTE)
Experience or strong interest in learning optimization modeling and applied mathematical models
Proficiency with software engineering processes and principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate technical concepts to a wide range of stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work across multiple organizations
