Responsibilities
Provide first-tier technical support for hardware, software, network, and account-related issues
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents through phone, email, chat, or in-person support
Log, track, and update support tickets using the organization’s IT service management tools
Configure, install, and update computer systems, peripherals, and software applications
Assist with user onboarding tasks such as device setup, account provisioning, and access requests
Follow standard operating procedures, knowledge articles, and escalation workflows
Support asset management, inventory tracking, and documentation updates
Perform routine system checks, monitoring, and maintenance tasks as assigned
Participate in IT projects under the guidance of senior analysts and engineers
Maintain strong customer-service focus and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
Qualification
Required
Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Foundational knowledge of Windows/macOS, productivity applications, and basic networking concepts
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow procedures and work collaboratively within a team environment
Preferred
Familiarity with ticketing systems, Active Directory, and common enterprise tools is a plus
