DW SISTERS LLC is seeking a Financial Analyst II to support revenue cycle performance and financial analytics initiatives. The role focuses on identifying revenue improvement opportunities and standardizing reporting to enhance operational efficiency and net revenue realization.

Responsibilities

Assist in identifying, quantifying, and prioritizing opportunities to improve net revenue realization and cash flow at:
System level
Facility level
Payor level
Develop and maintain financial models and analyses supporting revenue cycle initiatives and solution implementation
Support and manage standardized daily, weekly, and monthly revenue cycle reporting
Assist with standardization of goal setting, productivity tracking, and performance monitoring
Collect, synthesize, and communicate financial insights across the organization to support strategic decision-making
Facilitate development and execution of benchmarking and comparative reporting for key revenue cycle metrics
Conduct financial opportunity assessments for hospitals to identify revenue cycle performance improvement opportunities
Support enterprise strategies focused on improving cash flow and net revenue performance

Required

Bachelor's Degree with a financial emphasis (proof of education required at submission)
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Experience working with financial reporting, revenue cycle metrics, or performance analysis

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
