Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a seasoned Senior Kofax engineer to lead and operate a combined support and development team responsible for an enterprise-scale Kofax (TotalAgility) environment. This hands-on role focuses on production support, maintenance, upgrades, and vendor coordination during integration and platform migration.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day support and maintenance of the Kofax TotalAgility environment (production and non-production)

Own incident response as part of an on-call rotation; meet established SLA targets for incident acceptance, triage, resolution and escalation

Perform server upgrades, patching, performance tuning, troubleshooting and bug fixes

Manage deployments and coordinate cross-vendor transitions and handoffs; act as primary point of contact for vendor teams

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to both support and development resources (onsite/hybrid/offshore mix)

Collaborate with API/backend developers (Java/Spring) when integrations or automation are required

Participate in planning and execution of migration/upgrade efforts (current environment moved from 7.9 → 7.11; upcoming move to Kofax 8.x)

Document operational runbooks, configurations, and run transition/knowledge-transfer activities

Support compliance, capacity planning, and operational metrics reporting
