They are seeking a Technical Services Trainee to develop specialized knowledge and skills in commercial roofing and FiberTite products through supervised training and classroom education over an 18-month period.

Responsibilities
Complete On-the-Job Learning (OJL) tasks and Related Technical Instruction (RTI) courses assigned
Assist within the FiberTite Technical Department as needed
Follow health and safety guidelines
Work in the office and travel to other sites as required
Receive feedback positively and build professional relationships
Document lessons learned, developed skills and knowledge
Qualification
Required
Minimum 21 years of age
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver's License
Good interpersonal skills
Willingness to relocate if assigned a field position
Preferred
Fluency in Spanish or another language is a plus but not required
