Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a DevOps team to deliver scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure solutions
Drive CI/CD pipeline design, optimization, and deployment using tools like Docker and Kubernetes
Manage containerized environments, including provisioning, scaling, and monitoring virtualized infrastructure
Collaborate with client stakeholders to define roadmaps, implementation plans, and status reporting
Oversee the design and implementation of DevOps best practices, automation frameworks, and operational standards
Utilize scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.) to automate processes and enhance system reliability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline
Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in DevOps, with at least 4–6 years in a leadership capacity
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional DevOps teams and interface effectively with client stakeholders
Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and virtual environment scaling as required by the client
