Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Minneapolis, MN. The candidate will develop and enhance ServiceNow ITAM solutions by configuring HAM and SAM modules and implementing asset lifecycle workflows.

Responsibilities
Configure and enhance ServiceNow ITAM modules (HAM & SAM) by designing asset lifecycle workflows and implementing module‑specific features
Develop customized solutions for SAM functionalities, including licensing, entitlement management, and software asset reconciliation
Integrate ITAM components with CMDB, ITSM, Discovery, and other enterprise data sources to ensure accurate asset visibility
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align ITAM processes with organizational standards and platform requirements
Maintain data accuracy across Hardware and Software Asset Management by monitoring configurations, imports, and discovery sources
Troubleshoot module‑related issues and provide continuous improvements to optimize asset tracking, reporting, and compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
8–10 years of experience working with ServiceNow ITAM modules, including HAM and SAM
Strong ability to configure and customize ServiceNow ITAM (HAM & SAM) with expertise in asset lifecycle workflows and SAM feature implementation
Proven experience integrating ITAM with CMDB, ITSM, Discovery, and other enterprise data sources to maintain accurate asset records
