Recruiter ll-Mortgage
Ultimate Staffing is looking for a Recruiter II specializing in Mortgage recruitment. The role involves managing the recruitment process for both high volume and professional level positions, utilizing various sourcing methods and maintaining relationships with internal clients.
Responsibilities
Source candidate from resume databases, job board and professional organization job postings, and the Applicant tracking database
Screen candidates by phone and conduct initial reference checks
Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal clients to understand hiring needs
Manage current candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Incorporate new recruiting ideas and methods to develop and advance recruiting skill set
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of recruiting experience in the industry or function in which you are recruiting for
Experience with building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research
Excellent MS Office skills including Word and Excel
Strong working knowledge of current federal/state regulations related to employment (i.e. EEOC, ADA, etc)
ATS versatility and experience sourcing, tracking and managing candidates within the system
