Responsibilities
Manage ticket queue and contact end users to diagnose, triage, and resolve issues
Provide clear communication and documentation for end users regarding proactive issue resolution, best practices, and standard operating procedures related to IT equipment
Hardware & OS deployment, replacement, and support for: Windows 10/11, Lenovo, Dell, Microsoft and iOS mobile devices, printers, and copiers. This work will include essential modifications and emergency repairs/swaps
Manage new user setup and configuration, as well as employee offboarding in Active Directory
User setup and support for the Office 365 suite as well as common and industry specific applications
Basic LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi support and troubleshooting
Qualification
Required
2+ years of IT support experience, ideally supporting employees in field service roles
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and mobile devices
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills to ensure timely resolution of trouble tickets and onboarding/offboarding processes
Ability to balance critical responsibilities with ad hoc process improvement projects
Requires ability to sit/stand at desk for extended periods, occasional lift of >25 lbs
