Computer User Support Specialist
STOPSO is a company that provides IT support services for military customers. They are seeking a Computer User Support Specialist to deliver Tier I/II Service Desk and onsite end-user support, manage tickets, resolve incidents, and provide IT Operations and Maintenance assistance.

Responsibilities
Deliver 24x7x365 Tier I/II Service Desk and onsite end-user support
Responsible for ticket management, incident resolution, troubleshooting, user assistance, and escalation in accordance with service desk Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Help provide seamless Information Technology (IT) Operations and Maintenance (O&M) assistance
Maintain records
Analyze incident trends
Support remote and alternate site operations as well as training initiatives
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT service desk or end-user support
Experience with ticket management, troubleshooting, and customer communications
Security Clearance Requirement: Active Secret clearance or higher
Preferred
Security+CE required; ITIL 3 or 4 Foundation preferred
Experience supporting DoW or military IT service environments
IT training support or delivery experience
Familiarity with Army/DoW ticketing systems and enterprise applications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
