B2B Account Executive (Remote)

Bob's Discount Furniture is a rapidly growing company with over 200 stores nationwide, seeking a B2B Account Executive to drive new commercial business. This role focuses on outbound sales, building client relationships, and managing pipelines across various industries such as social services and corporate housing.

Responsibilities

Execute high-volume outbound outreach through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging, and other channels to generate new business
Build and manage a robust top-of-funnel pipeline through disciplined outreach cadences and follow-up strategies
Own the end-to-end sales process including discovery, needs assessment, quoting, order coordination, and post-delivery follow-up
Maintain accurate and timely CRM documentation of all activities, opportunities, and pipeline stages to support forecasting and reporting
Identify decision-makers, tailor solutions to customer needs, and establish trust that drives first-time and repeat orders

Required

Demonstrated experience in outbound B2B sales or business development
Proven ability to generate pipelines and close new business
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales productivity tools
Outbound Sales & Prospecting Execute high-volume outbound outreach through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging, and other channels to generate new business
Pipeline Development & Management Build and manage a robust top-of-funnel pipeline through disciplined outreach cadences and follow-up strategies
Full-Cycle New Business Development Own the end-to-end sales process including discovery, needs assessment, quoting, order coordination, and post-delivery follow-up
CRM & Sales Discipline Maintain accurate and timely CRM documentation of all activities, opportunities, and pipeline stages to support forecasting and reporting
Customer Engagement & Relationship Building Identify decision-makers, tailor solutions to customer needs, and establish trust that drives first-time and repeat orders
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Visual ability to perform job functions

Preferred

Experience working in high-activity, outbound or cold-outreach sales environments
Ability to follow structured sales cadences and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Comfort working independently with accountability to performance metrics
Familiarity with CRM systems and virtual sales tools
Experience selling to social service agencies, nonprofit organizations, or similar verticals (preferred)
Knowledge of furniture or related industries (a plus)
