Responsibilities
Develop subject matter expertise in Schwab's Workplace participant experiences, audiences, and business goals
Translate business goals and marketing strategies into participant-facing campaigns that increase engagement
Elevate marketing and communication experiences using audience insights, competitive intelligence, and a test-and-learn approach
Manage initiatives proactively and autonomously in a matrixed, collaborative, high-change environment
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and leaders to gain alignment and buy-in on marketing work
Qualification
Required
5+ years of marketing or agency experience, preferably in financial services or another highly regulated industry
Proven track record of leading integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution
Hands-on experience across digital, content, email, video, social, and paid media
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing data, insights, and A/B testing
Experience managing marketing budgets and agency relationships
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Strong project management and organizational skills
