Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of go-to-market plans for new membership benefits, perks, and experiences, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and customer insights
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to coordinate launches, campaigns, and communications that maximize member engagement and adoption
Assist in creating clear, compelling experiences for membership benefits across channels, including digital, email, app, and in-store touchpoints
Monitor campaign performance and member engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future launches
Leverage data and feedback to refine go-to-market strategies and improve the overall member experience
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary

Required

Bachelor's Degree
5-7 Years of relevant work experience

Possessing the stated degree is preferred, but Comcast may also consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience
