Responsibilities

Proficiency with RF Test Equipment; Spectrum, Network and Phase Noise Analyzers, Signal Generators, etc
Familiarity with Software used to Automate Testing for Mid to High Volume Production Radios
Working Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
Report and Use Metrics to Drive Continuous Improvement Activities
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Participate in the planning of technical approaches, resources, schedules, budgets and equipment required for the testing and evaluating of new systems, products and special devices

Qualification

Required

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field
Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire
Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required

Preferred

Proficient using electrical engineering computer-aided design (CAD) tools and mixed Signal circuit analysis/design
Habitually ahead of technology trends, with background in test, troubleshooting, and reading circuit card schematics
Motivated to drive innovation around design architectures, assembly, component selection, and electronics design
Research & Development experience including concept, design, modeling, prototyping, and testing
Collaborative team player committed to ongoing professional development for yourself and others
