Responsibilities
Content Curation: High-volume sourcing of archive photos, stock imagery, and relevant audio clips to align with campaign goals
Execution & Posting: Managing the daily workflow and scheduling for 7 distinct accounts
Light Design: Using established Canva templates to create cohesive, brand-aligned graphics
Video Editing: Performing light "stitching" and basic edits for short-form video (Reels/TikTok)
Copywriting: Crafting engaging, mission-aligned captions for various platforms
Platform Management: Utilizing Sprout Social (a major plus) to schedule and monitor posts
Qualification
Required
Experience working with non-profits or purpose-led organizations
Ability to juggle 7 accounts without breaking a sweat or losing track of the schedule
Enjoy being the 'missing piece' of a small, 3-person production team
Preferred
Experience with Sprout Social
Sharp eye for visual storytelling
Ability to find the 'hidden gems' in photo archives
