They are seeking an Administrative Professional 2/Financial Associate to provide administrative support for the Division of Parks & Watercraft, overseeing business functions and assisting in decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

Provides administrative support & serves as primary point of contact for the Division of Parks & Watercraft's Construction Program
Makes recommendations regarding program activities & researches & analyzes materials, information & programs to provide advice to administrators to aid in decision making
Oversees the business functions for the Construction Program for North and South Construction (e.g., monitoring budget, travel, lodging, vendor set-up, expense reports, payroll & timekeeping, & vehicle maintenance)
Prepares, compiles, processes & verifies statistical, financial, accounting &/or auditing information

Required

18 mos. exp. or 18 mos. trg. in secretarial/administrative professional field
Completion of associate core coursework in secretarial science or business office applications from accredited career school or community college
