Market the foster care program to prospective families
Train and onboard families in compliance with regulations and agency policies
Plan and host recruitment events in surrounding counties
Conduct interviews and complete home studies
Maintain accurate documentation and family files
Travel to family homes and community locations
Enjoy a flexible, hybrid schedule (office/home) once fully trained
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of direct care experience
Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
Ability to obtain FBI, Act 33, and Act 34 clearances
Preferred
Human Services preferred
foster care experience a plus
