Responsibilities
Collaborate with project engineers and site superintendents to efficiently manage construction costs and schedules on-site
Assist in the coordination and supervision of daily field operations, ensuring smooth communication between workers and management
Participate in tracking construction materials, labor productivity, and schedule adherence to optimize project execution
Work closely with project managers to help maintain quality standards and safety compliance on site
Contribute to data collection and reporting for continuous improvement initiatives related to project delivery
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Construction Project Management, Civil Engineering with a construction focus, or a related field
Strong interest or background in Construction Project Management or related disciplines
Good understanding of construction site operations and field management practices
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and time management
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with construction management software is a plus
Valid driver's license required
Availability to travel to and work on construction sites regularly
