Responsibilities

Supplier onboarding for AIT Government contracts
Request access through Ivalua onboarding portal
Acquiring W9's and company information
Ensuring AIT's are onboarded in a timely manner
Maintaining profiles and ensuring all information is up to date and accurate
Tracking job start and finish dates
Tracking in the AIT Sharepoint site to keep schedule up to date and AIT's compliant with all questionnaires
Assessing compliance documents in the Ivalua onboarding portal
Ensuring all insurance is compliant and up to date
Working closely with Environmental and Safety to gather approvals for the SHE questionnaires

Required

High School Diploma
Minimum of 6 years experience in procurement, logistics or buying background

Preferred

Experience working with different companies onboarding suppliers
Strong communication skills
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience
