Logistics Coordinator
KBH Industrial is a reliable source for project management and oversight services. The Logistics Coordinator provides on-site logistics, trucking, and materials coordination support for a power generation utility, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials.

Responsibilities
Manage entrance and exit of all trucking operations at the site, including prolonged outdoor presence at active access points
Maintain accurate trucking logs for all inbound and outbound vehicles to support invoice verification
Perform inspections of trucks entering and leaving the site, requiring extended standing and walking in outdoor, industrial conditions
Coordinate receiving of materials by working with suppliers, the SCS Site Team, site management, and contractors
Support logistics for large deliveries, including fuel deliveries (diesel, DEF, gasoline)
Collect, review, track, and manage all Bills of Lading, manifests, receiving documents, weigh bills, and other shipment-related documentation
Ensure logistics documentation is complete, accurate, and organized for audit and compliance purposes
Support ash pond closure activities, including coordination related to beneficial reuse operations
Assist with contract administration and logistics-related documentation as required
Read and interpret drawings and specifications to support logistics and material coordination
Perform additional logistics and administrative duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
NPDES/DAM (Ash Pond) Level 1A Fundamentals Certified Inspector, or ability to obtain
Level 1A Certification (Blue Card) through the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission, or ability to obtain
Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time, including prolonged standing, walking, and monitoring of active truck traffic
Ability to work in varying weather conditions and around active industrial and construction operations
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple logistics activities in a fast-paced, industrial environment
Effective communication skills for coordinating with drivers, contractors, suppliers, and site personnel
Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
Proactive, dependable, and safety-focused work approach
Preferred
First Aid / CPR / AED certification
Previous experience working with TSS
Familiarity with the Plant Arkwright site and surrounding area
Experience using Unifier or similar project management systems
