The Executive Assistant will support two executives within the Prime Video Experience Design team by managing complex calendars, coordinating travel and expenses, and improving processes to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities
Manage and schedule for complex calendars and to support teams in global locations and time zones
Manage expense reports and travel
Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
Understand business priorities and proactively improve processes to create efficiency and scale for the leadership team
Plan the annual calendar and facilitate the integration/prioritization of business activities
Build relationships with Executive Assistants across other teams, as well as with Finance, HR, Facilities, Legal, Product, and Engineering partners for the organization
Track and drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on action items
Act as a liaison for direct reports
Manage team space, including moves and reconfiguration
Periodic travel (domestic and international) for team summits, workshops, and events
Qualification
Required
5+ years of executive assistant experience
Experience with executive level calendar management
Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience with work space planning/management
Experience with budgeting, scheduling and cost reports
Experience in senior level leadership support, or experience handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives
Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
Can work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects and tasks
Preferred
Experience leading process improvements
Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
