Responsibilities

Work directly with operations and site leadership to support data-driven decision making and continuous improvement across ThredUp’s distribution network

Own meaningful projects focused on performance analysis, operational scorecards, process documentation, and root cause analysis tied to safety, quality, cost, and productivity

Help translate complex data into clear insights that enable leaders to identify risks, prioritize actions, and drive measurable improvement

Collaborate cross-functionally with site leaders and central teams, gaining visibility into how operational decisions influence customer experience and financial outcomes
