Qualification
Required
Prior experience in a car rental or automotive dealership environment is required
Hands-on exposure to Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) programs
3+ years of car rental and/or dealership CPO experience
2+ years of leadership experience
Experience managing customer-facing operations, budgets, and P&L
Strong communication and decision-making skills
Proven ability to coach and develop teams
Working knowledge of sales, inventory, and performance reporting systems
Preferred
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
