The Oregon Department of Corrections is seeking a Program Analyst 2 for their Education and Training Unit. This role involves providing technical assistance for data collection, reporting, and maintaining the AIC Education Database to support program operations and decision-making.

Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance for testing, data collection, and reporting in support of all Education and Training Unit programs
Maintain the AIC Education Database (IED), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
Produce data and reports as needed to support program operations, evaluation, and decision-making
Work closely with Education and Training Unit staff to support assessment and testing processes
Collect and analyze program data, respond to information requests, and troubleshoot data-related issues
Ensure education and training data is reliable, accessible, and aligned with program requirements, reporting needs, and applicable policies and confidentiality standards
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a degree related to the agency program that demonstrates the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and two (2) years experience coordinating or administering a program
Any combination of experience or education equivalent to five (5) years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skill requirements listed for the classification
Experience maintaining or working with education or training databases
Experience supporting testing or assessment processes
Strong data management, organizational, and analytical skills
Experience producing reports or responding to data requests
Ability to work collaboratively with program and technical staff
The successful candidate for this position must pass a Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) fingerprint-based background check and maintain CJIS eligibility
