Responsibilities
Align the architecture vision and architecture runway with business strategies and portfolios
Collaborate with team members to determine the best practices and requirements for software
Support the development team to ensure they are confident in technology
Use a proactive approach to solve common challenges
Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting
Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
6+ years of experience building world-class web UI/workflow/backend applications
Significant experience in UX/UI architecture and Application/Solution architecture
Hands-on experience building rich & highly responsive APIs
Expert at coding using functional or higher languages/frameworks such as Java/Golang/Spring, etc
Have directly led architecture & software design for one or more teams
Deep familiarity with Microservices, Cloud Native, Cloud technologies, Enterprise Patterns
Followed agile methodologies & implemented best practices for all stages of SDLC
Experience with CI/CD and other DevOps tools. Worked with APM and Observability tools
Working knowledge of designing distributed & streaming applications
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Able to translate regulatory/clinical requirements into technical solutions and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Strong problem-solving mindset and a track record of driving initiatives from concept to implementation
Leadership and mentorship capabilities are essential – this role will guide teams and represent Cotiviti's interoperability expertise both internally and externally, so the candidate should be comfortable taking initiative, 'leading without authority' when required, and mentoring others
