They are seeking a Construction Tech II to complete construction projects related to interior finishes, millwork, cabinetry, doors, frames, and hardware, while working collaboratively with a team to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities
Completing construction projects relating to preparation and application of Interior Finishes, Millwork, Cabinetry, Doors & Frames and Hardware
Working with a team to accomplish the overall goal of the CoxHealth construction refresh projects
Responding to work requests timely and professionally and is able to complete work assignments
Contributing skills and ideals that are valuable in construction finishing work and training others if the need arises
Responding to work requests timely and professionally and is able to complete work assignments pertaining to general behaviors
May be required to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary and approved by the Supervisor
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
3 years' experience in the construction, remodel, or a related field
Active Driver's License
Basic knowledge of skill trades in one or more of the following: Paint Finishes, Wall Covering, Ceiling Finishes, Floor Finishes, Millwork, hardware and adjustments to existing, Door, Frames, Hardware and adjustment to existing, Basic Electrical, Basic Plumbing & fixtures, Problem solving skills, Basic communication skills, Ability to prioritize workload, Basic knowledge of the safe operation of all tools used in the performance of duties, Basic knowledge of the regulatory requirements governing fire alarm systems, electrical, plumbing, life safety systems and building repairs
Preferred
Trade School in construction fields
Healthcare Certified in construction field
