Engineering Analyst Specialist (Full Time)

Responsibilities

Serve as Lead Electrician for the Maintenance Department
Evaluate and enhance existing Trane SC/ES programs, implementing improvements as necessary
Program and upgrade Trane BAS, Open Access, Salient NVR, and Nurse Call / Panic System equipment for optimal functionality and efficiency
Maintain all computer-based automation systems within the Maintenance Department, in coordination with the IT Department
Conduct daily monitoring and review of Trane BAS, Open Access, Salient NVR, Fire Alarm, and Nurse Call/Panic automation systems with the Facilities Manager
Train maintenance staff on automated systems for monitoring and troubleshooting
Perform machinist duties, including troubleshooting, rebuilding valves, replacing pump seals, and aligning mechanical drive systems
Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and align personal priorities with organizational objectives
Performs additional duties as assigned

Qualification

Trane BASSystem automation systemsNH Master Electrician LicenseAdvanced computer knowledgeProgrammingBasic Life Support (BLS)Heartsaver CPR AEDMicrosoft Office

Required

High School Diploma or GED Required, Degree in Data Science, Statistics or Computer Science is advantageous
Advanced training and certifications in system automation systems
NH Master Electrician License
Valid driver's license
Association accredited course in Basic Life Support (BLS) (for clinical staff), or Heartsaver CPR AED (for nonclinical staff), and renewal on a regular basis, with up to a three-month grace period after the expiration date
Advanced computer knowledge, including programming and familiarity with Trane TU/SC/ES, Open Access, System Technologies, Salient Network Video Recording, and Microsoft Office products
Minimum of five (5) years' experience in electrical and system automation systems
