Credit9 is a company that specializes in unsecured loan administration. They are seeking a Loan Servicing Back Office Specialist to support the accurate processing and documentation of loan accounts, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Credit Reporting: Maintain and submit timely and accurate customer credit reports to major credit bureaus (Experian, TransUnion, Equifax)
Reviewing and entering detailed payment information into our systems of record
Gathering documentation, reviewing information, and accurately entering it into the system of record
Responding to internal email correspondence promptly and professionally
Processing payment change requests in the system
Efficient Task Execution and Processing of daily assignments
Skillfully handled intricate tasks, including skip-a-pay requests, payment deferrals, autopay, wires, physical checks and adjustments to payment dates
Ensure meticulous compliance with SCRA regulations, maintaining a record of account accuracy
Meet all deadlines for project completion
Perform additional projects and tasks as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of loan servicing operations (unsecured lending preferred)
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in an equivalent field
Preferred
Knowledge of E-Oscar a plus
