Responsibilities

Assist in process improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste

Support the implementation of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and ensure product quality

Gain exposure to various manufacturing technologies and equipment

Participate in data analysis and problem-solving activities and Support Value Stream Mapping Events

Contribute to the development of training materials and supporting training on Lean methodologies, kaizen events, and Lean White/Yellow Belt Trainings

Support Lean Manufacturing Project

Support teams with Huddles, KPIs and Fabriq Board deployment

Required

Completion of junior year (typically 90 credits) towards a B.S. degree in a related field

Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (out of 4) required

Ability to follow procedures and guidance in a regulated environment
