Required
Proven experience in project development and management, including planning, execution, and delivery
Understanding of Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) management systems and compliance with regulations
Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams and resources
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills to address complex challenges and stakeholder needs
Proficiency in data analysis, risk assessment, and risk mitigation strategies, ensuring successful project completion
Familiarity with engineering concepts related to SHE practices; a background in safety, health, or environmental engineering is an advantage
A Master's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is required
